Where can I park?

There are plenty of parking spaces around Navarra Arena and open-air parking such as the Sadar Parking, the Public University of Navarra, or the UPNA Football Field Parking.

Parking is not permitted in the areas surrounding the venue when there is a football match at SADAR.

Is there motorcycle parking?

Yes, there are two motorcycle parking spaces within the perimeter of the property.

Is there bicycle parking?

Yes, there is outdoor bicycle parking in Plaza Aizagerria and on Travesía de Extremadura.

Which bus lines are closest to Navarra Arena?

The regional urban transport lines that stop closest to the arena are lines 1, 6, 9, 11 and 16. A special extension service on line 11 is available for all events. See more details on how to get to Navarra Arena here.

Which bus lines can I take at night?

Starting at 10:45 p.m., the regional urban transport service will activate a special extension (R3) that runs from Navarra Arena to Príncipe de Viana.

Is there parking at Navarra Arena?

No. Navarra Arena does not have covered parking.

Is there a taxi rank at Navarra Arena?

Yes, there is a taxi rank in Plaza Aizagerria.

What time do doors open before each show?

Each activity or show has its own door opening time, which will be published a few days beforehand on our social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and on the website in the event listing.

Can I enter the venue once the show has started?

Yes, you can enter the venue once the event has started up to 15 minutes before it ends.

Can I leave Navarra Arena before the end of the show?

Yes, you can leave the venue at any time. Once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter, as your ticket loses its validity, unless required by the event or otherwise specified in the ticket sales document.

Are pets allowed?

Only duly accredited assistance dogs are allowed inside. Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

How do I access the venue if I have a ring ticket?

Access gates to the venue are specified for each activity or show. Access information will be published a few days beforehand on our social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp – and on the website under the event information. Navarra Arena also has three entrances for Court Tickets: Court 1, Court 2, and Court 3. You can see the location of the entrances on the following map.

How do I access the venue if I have a grandstand ticket?

The access gates to the venue are specified for each activity or show. Access information will be published a few days beforehand on our social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp – and on the website under the event information. Navarra Arena also has two entrances for Grandstand Tickets, named Gate A and Gate C. You can check the location of the entrances on the following map.

How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?

The access gates to the venue are specified for each activity or show. Access information will be published a few days beforehand on our social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp – and on the website in the event information.

Navarra Arena has two entrances for PRM Tickets, named Gate A and Gate C. You can see the location of the entrances on the following map.

These entrances are accessible and do not have any obstacles that impede access. The remaining entrances have stairs and are not accessible by elevator.

Is there a security check upon entering the venue?

Before entering the venue, there is a security check at all entrances.

How long does an event last?

The duration of each event varies depending on the show. If we know the information in advance, we will announce it a few days beforehand on our social media channels, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and on the website in the event listing.

Can I bring pets into the facility?

No pets are allowed, except for people with visual impairments who must be accompanied by guide dogs.

 

Can I bring a camera?

Access with SLR or professional cameras is not permitted.

Can I access with a selfie stick?

Access with selfie sticks is not permitted.

Can I bring food and drinks?

One ​​small, uncapped bottle of water and some food per person is allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Can backpacks be brought in?

Yes, as long as they are backpacks or small bags, after being checked by our security team.

Can I wear a helmet?

Helmets are not permitted.  

Can banners or signs be brought in?

You may bring signs as long as they do not disturb other attendees, ensure visibility and safety, do not obscure other communication elements in the building, and are not offensive.

Can umbrellas be brought in?

Only folding umbrellas are allowed in the venue.

Where can I purchase tickets for events organized at Navarra Arena?  

Official sales channels will be established depending on the event. The sales channels are specified in the event listing.  

Navarra Arena has its own sales channel, which is not always available for all events. If Navarra Arena is the official channel or one of the official ticket sales channels for the event, the following sales channels will be enabled:

  • www.navarrarena.com
  • Baluarte Box Office (Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
  • NICDO sales and information point located in the La Morea shopping center (Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.). 
     

Is there a physical box office at Navarra Arena for purchasing tickets?

Navarra Arena does not have a physical box office for purchasing tickets open daily. The Navarra Arena box office will only open on the day of the show if tickets are still available. Box office hours will be published a few days beforehand on our social media channels, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and on the website under the event information. If there are no tickets for the event, the Navarra Arena box office will not be open on the day of the event. (It is usually open exclusively for incidents, but not always; it depends on the promoter's decision.)  

Can purchased tickets be returned?

 No. You must be sure before processing the purchase because purchased tickets cannot be returned. Not being able to attend the event or making a mistake when purchasing tickets are not grounds for a refund. They will only be refunded in the event of event cancellation.
 

Can I carry my ticket on my mobile phone?

This depends on the ticketing company for each event, as they may be physical tickets or downloadable PDFs, digital tickets, or mobile-only tickets.  

Photographs and screenshots will not be accepted under any circumstances.
 

I purchased tickets from the official Navarra Arena sales channel (Bacantix) and selected the option to pick up paper tickets. Where can I pick up my tickets?

If you purchased your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and selected the option to collect paper tickets, you can pick them up at the Baluarte box office, at the NICDO sales and information point located in the La Morea shopping center, or at the Navarra Arena box office on the day of the event. If you purchased tickets through other sales platforms, you should contact the company that manages that platform.

If you purchased your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and selected the option to collect paper tickets, you must present the ticket tracking number or the email address from which the purchase was made. 
 

I purchased tickets through the official Navarra Arena sales channel (Bacantix) and lost them. How can I recover them?

Tickets purchased at Bacantix can be reprinted from the proof of purchase you received in the confirmation email after purchase. If you can't find your email address, you can write to us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es.

If tickets were purchased at the NICDO box office or at the NICDO sales and information point in La Morea with a credit card, please write to us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and inform us of the situation, and we will issue a duplicate ticket that will invalidate the previously purchased ticket.

 

I didn't purchase tickets through one of the official channels indicated at the event. What could happen?

The tickets I purchased may not be valid, and you won't be able to access the event. We recommend purchasing through the official channels indicated on the event listing.

 

Can I post a photo of my tickets on social media and/or blogs?

We advise against posting photos of tickets. If you wish to do so, never post the barcode or QR code.

Are there seats for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. In compliance with current regulations, Navarra Arena has a space reserved for people with reduced mobility within the venue. People with reduced mobility can purchase tickets from the sales platforms indicated in each event's listing. Tickets for this area are sold under the "Reduced Mobility" label or a similar designation. 
 

Where are the PRM seats located?

The seats are located in various areas on ground floor (the ground floor). The rest of the seats in the venue are not accessible. More information here.
 

What are the prices of tickets for people with reduced mobility?

The price of tickets for people with reduced mobility is set by the promoter. You can check them in the online sales section when they are open. You can also contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es
 

How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?

Why are PRM seats only available on the ground floor of the Navarra Arena?

The Navarra Arena has had PRM-accessible seats available since its opening, complying with current legislation requiring such compliance for the venue to open for business. The location of PRM seats on the ground floor of the venue (ground floor access from the outside) is intended to provide maximum safety for the users of these seats and their companions in the event of an evacuation. PRM seats can be purchased at concerts using the event information sheets for each event, always ensuring the purchase of two seats (PRM + companion) and facilitating the purchase of a third seat as close as possible to the other two in the case of requests for three tickets.
 

Can I go with more than one accompanying person?

Only one accompanying person is allowed per person with reduced mobility. However, if your situation is different, you can contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es to explain your situation, and we will try to accommodate the necessary number of people when Navarra Arena sells these tickets.
 

I am a person with reduced mobility and I have purchased a general admission ticket not called a Reduced Mobility Ticket. Can I exchange it?

If you purchased your ticket on our website, at the Baluarte box office, or at the NICDO sales and information point at the La Morea Shopping Center, please contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and we will study your case according to your needs and ticket availability. If you purchased them from another sales platform, please contact the platform and explain your situation.
 

I use a wheelchair and have a court ticket. Can I access it?

No, for safety reasons, only people who can go up and down stairs will be able to access the court, as access and evacuation are via stairs.

 

I have been injured and I use crutches. Can I access any seat or the court?

If you purchased your ticket on our website, at the Baluarte box office, or at the NICDO sales and information point at the La Morea Shopping Center, please contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and we will review your case based on your needs and ticket availability. If you purchased your ticket through another sales platform, please contact the platform and explain your situation.

 

Is there parking for people with disabilities?

 Yes, there are several parking spaces for people with disabilities around the perimeter of the building.

 

Does Navarra Arena have assistance staff for people with disabilities?

Yes, the Navarra Arena customer service staff will assist people with disabilities who require it.

 

I am a person with hearing impairments. How can I request an assistance system for people with hearing impairments?

We have implemented innovative technologies to make the concerts we host at Navarra Arena accessible to people with hearing impairments and deaf people. We have two systems: vibrating vests and an induction loop. You can find more information here. You can request this system using the form found on the event listing you are attending. 
 

Are assistance dogs allowed in?

Yes, in accordance with current regulations, assistance dogs are allowed access as long as they are properly accredited.

Are minors allowed into the venue?

Each event has specific conditions regarding access to the venue by minors. Please check the specific conditions on each event's page or when purchasing tickets.

Generally, all minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors aged 16 and 17 may enter the venue with the authorization of a responsible person (parent or legal guardian). Each event organizer will set the limits. 
 

Do all minors need a ticket?

Yes. Minors must always have a ticket for concerts, sporting events, or other events that require a ticket. Although they always require a ticket, whether it requires a fee or not depends on the event organizer. Therefore, in some cases, it will be indicated on the event listing.

You can check the specific prices and conditions for minors on each event listing or when purchasing tickets.
 

Are there baby changing facilities at the venue?

Yes, Navarra Arena has baby changing facilities in the restrooms.
 

Can I bring a stroller?

For shows where minors are allowed, an unsupervised area will be set up on level 0 for stroller parking.

How do I find my seat inside Navarra Arena?

The venue is signposted, and you can ask our accommodation team who will direct you.
 

Can I change seats during the show?

For safety and capacity reasons, it is not possible to change seats during the show.
 

Can I get up from my seat and dance?

Yes, but please try not to disturb the people behind you, and do not climb on the seats or block the aisles or stairs. In the event of complaints from people behind you, the audience must remain seated and may not get up and dance.

Is there a restaurant and/or cafeteria at Navarra Arena?

 Yes, Navarra Arena has a cafeteria, El Escondite del Arena. Hours can be found on their respective social media channels or website. Check the location here.
 

Is there a bar service during the shows?

There are various stations located both on the court and in the stands that offer catering services. Find out more here.


How can I pay at the counters?

Payment at the counters is possible by credit or debit card, and cash is available where indicated.
 

Can alcoholic beverages be consumed?

Yes, except during sporting events. The sale and/or supply of alcoholic beverages to minors is not permitted.

Is smoking allowed inside the venue?

No. According to current regulations, smoking is not allowed inside the venue during any show. An outdoor smoking area will be available for each event.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi on site.
 

Are there mobile phone charging stations?

There are no mobile phone charging stations.

How can I obtain press accreditation for an event?

Generally, press accreditation for events is handled by the organizing company. For any questions, please contact navarrarenacomunicacion@nicdo.es

How can I file a complaint?

If you wish to file a complaint through Navarra Arena, an email address will be provided to send it.

Does Navarra Arena have a protocol for dealing with sexist and/or sexual assaults?

Yes, Navarra Arena has a protocol for dealing with sexist or sexual assaults. This protocol is implemented by the security staff working at all events—who have been specifically trained in the application of these protocols—and by the State Security Forces and Corps present at events with more than 1,000 participants.

This protocol consists, in summary, of the following phases:

  1. Detection of an assault: This can be carried out by the accommodation staff, the bar staff, security, or any attendee. As well as by a victim.
  2. Communication: In the event of a sexist or sexual assault, report it to the accommodation staff (identified for this purpose at events with specific attire), as well as to security or venue staff.
  3. Action: In the first instance, always respond to a possible assault by approaching the victim and asking if they are okay and/or need help (the victim may deny the assault and decline help).
  4. Victim care and referral according to the type of assault (SOS Navarra/phone 112). Do not put pressure on the victim, but make sure they are okay before leaving them alone. In the case of minors, law enforcement agencies will notify their parents or legal guardians.

What items are prohibited in the venue?

  • Weapons and dangerous objects: Knives, firearms, sharp or cutting objects, spray cans, etc.
  • Any illegal substances.
  • Glass objects: Bottles, cups, etc.
  • Large bags: Bags larger than A4 or non-transparent.
  • Professional recording devices: Cameras with interchangeable lenses, professional audio and video equipment.
  • Camera accessories: Selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
  • Objects that obstruct the view: Large signs, banners, clothing, or costumes that may obstruct the view of other attendees.
  • Lights and batteries (except cell phone batteries): Glow sticks, LED gloves, large power banks, laser pointers, etc.
  • Large electronic devices: Laptops, tablets, etc.
  • Cigarettes, vapes, lighters,
  • Non-folding umbrellas are prohibited.
  • Pets: In general, pets are not allowed (except service animals).

It is important to check the specific list of prohibited items for each particular concert or event, as they may vary. It is recommended to consult the official event information before attending.

The introduction of any unauthorized item will result in expulsion from the venue (see the Navarra Arena Admission Protocol).
