Are there seats for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. In compliance with current regulations, Navarra Arena has a space reserved for people with reduced mobility within the venue. People with reduced mobility can purchase tickets from the sales platforms indicated in each event's listing. Tickets for this area are sold under the "Reduced Mobility" label or a similar designation.
Where are the PRM seats located?
The seats are located in various areas on ground floor (the ground floor). The rest of the seats in the venue are not accessible. More information here.
What are the prices of tickets for people with reduced mobility?
The price of tickets for people with reduced mobility is set by the promoter. You can check them in the online sales section when they are open. You can also contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es.
How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?
Access gates to the venue are specified for each activity or show. Access information will be published days beforehand on our social media channels, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and on the website under the event information.
Navarra Arena has two entrances for PRM Tickets, Gate A and Gate C. You can see the location of the entrances on the following map.
These entrances are accessible and do not have any obstacles that impede access. The remaining entrances have stairs and are not accessible by elevator.
Why are PRM seats only available on the ground floor of the Navarra Arena?
The Navarra Arena has had PRM-accessible seats available since its opening, complying with current legislation requiring such compliance for the venue to open for business. The location of PRM seats on the ground floor of the venue (ground floor access from the outside) is intended to provide maximum safety for the users of these seats and their companions in the event of an evacuation. PRM seats can be purchased at concerts using the event information sheets for each event, always ensuring the purchase of two seats (PRM + companion) and facilitating the purchase of a third seat as close as possible to the other two in the case of requests for three tickets.
